Roommate wanted to share a nice townhouse near Dinkytown in the Southeast Neighborhood of Marcy Holmes. One professional female (me) already lives there.

-- Convenient location. It's near enough to the U of MN to bus or bike there in 10 minutes, yet far enough away to not have your car overturned or trash burned in a riot. 4 blocks North and 12 blocks West of McDonald's in Dinkytown.

-- Air conditioning and central heating
-- Kitchen has a gas stove and a dishwasher
-- Lots of space.

Caveats:

-- two indoor cats live there already, other pets may be acceptable at the discretion of the current tenant (me, again.)
-- No smoking inside the house. On the balcony with the window closed is fine.
